From the beginning SEW-EURODRIVE focused on flexibility, both as to our products and to our processes. We developed our own internal lean process, called WIEPRO (Wissen Entwickeln und Prozesse Optimieren). With this internal lean process we managed to shorten our delivery time, to integrate urgent orders as normal orders, to reduce working space, to lower our stock, optimize our logistics and add value for our customers.

Lean can only succeed, if it is understood and accepted by everybody in a company. Therefore this workshop is intended for everybody who is interested in lean.

We are not a consulting firm that tells you how it can work out for you. We can only tell and show you how and why it works for us by using common sense and by only selecting and adapting the tools and methods from lean that add value for us and our customers.
