How to place an online remanufacturing request
Remanufacturing is integrated in Online Support via the page “Select spare parts and accessories”. After entering the serial number choose the button “Request repair service”. Please fill out all required fields and send the inquiry.
As mentioned before the quotation is created at our sales department and will be visible in the Transaction overview in Online Support afterwards. It is not possible to place an order for remanufacturing in Online Support. To proceed please send an e-mail with the PO reference to our sales department.

What happens next - how we process the online request
Step 1 - the quotation
- After you placed an online request for Remanufacturing, one of our sales engineers will create a quotation based on the serial number and possible damages.
- The quotation number will be the reference number for the rest of the process and amongst others will be used to monitor the progress.
- This information will be send to you and is directly available in the list of Quotations under you account in Online Support - Transaction overview.
!! NOTE: Do not change the quotation into an order. If you do, you will get a new product.
Step 2 - sending the product
- After you have approved the quotation, we will send a return form
- This return form needs to be shipped along with the product.
Step 3 - we go to work
After the product is in-house, we go to work to return your drive component as new.
To guarantee this the drive component will be inspected upon receival and disassembled right away if nothing deviant is found. In all other scenario’s the customer will be contacted to discuss the best way to proceed.
The last step is assembly of the gearmotor or frequency inverter. To do that we make use of our Lean processes in which we assemble all new products as well. Upon delivery there is no visible distinction between a new product or a remanufactured one.
Where can I found the needed product information
The product information needed for a remanufacturing request can be found:
- Via transaction overview - search the order with the product;
- Via the identification plate on the product;
- Via the QR-code on the product.
